Application for proctoring center is now available Interested organizations can now apply for becoming proctoring centers, which is able to provide examinations for candidates in different regions.
The application is suitable for those who have not been registered as ICT Registered Training Service Provider, but have interest to consider being a proctoring center. The ICT registered proctoring centers help to conduct examination for ICT Certifications in different regions. They also help to monitor the examination to go in a fair and objective environment. More importantly, as there is no on-line examination for ICT Certifications so far, it is convenience for candidates to have their examination for ICT Certifications at their nearest centers.
Similar to what the procedures needed to follow to be an RTSP, one who wants to be a proctoring center needs to read the guideline and provide certain documents first. Documents such as registration form, proctor contract, agreement with nomination letters to confirm the qualification of becoming an ICT proctoring center should be provided.
What a proctoring center differs from an RTSP is, it may not necessarily be a training center. It can be institutes or universities. Also, it does not have to provide training materials for certifications.
However, both positions are required to response for a huge reliability. They have to be trustable and are willing to provide candidates and students the best service. Registration form and details can be found in http://www.ictcouncil.org/content/view/99/56/
