International ICT Council examination proctoring centers are responsible for monitoring tests and examinations to ensure candidates are conducted under a fair and objective environment. They also verify candidates who complete the tests or exams.

The main responsibilities of examination proctors include:

  • Announcing examination event on International ICT Council web site
  • Providing supportive service to candidates if they have some difficulties in Online registration of ICT ID
  • Controlling and maintaining security of exam documents and questions
  • Maintaining exam security during the testing process
  • Responding to candidate questions on the exam policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the discipline during and after the examinations

Requirements of becoming a proctoring center of International ICT Council

  • (Not necessarily) Have been registered as training service providers in International ICT Council
  • Be self-regulated to conduct the entrie examination process in a disciplinary manner
  • Be able to arrange sufficient examination proctors
  • Provision of 1 dually signed nomination letter, from trustworthy individuals or authorities, to confirm the qualification of becoming a proctoring center at the beginning.
  • Provision of 2 other signed nomination letters within 18 months for continuing the status of proctoring center.
