International ICT Council is willing to promote technology education and minimize the effect of “Digital Divide". Being an Register Training Service Provider (RTSP) is free of charge.

Training Center should fill all requirements of being International ICT Council RTSP. After successful registration, training centers can prepare their own self-develop training materials according to the syllabus of International ICT Council certification.

• Getting an effective promotion channel on the International platform.

• Including diversification of curriculum and certifications.

Procedures of Being RTSP

1. Fulfill requirements:

• Having experienced instructors who have been teaching relevant subjects.
  
• Instructors must be qualified and hold relevant certifications
  
• Abided by the International ICT Council Register Training Service Provider Code of Ethics:
• Having a clear linkage of courses and International ICT Council certifications so that candidates can readily plan their career development.
• Employing instructors who are qualified and have the ability of demonstration.
• Providing a learning program that reflecting good intent and having balance between practice and theory.
• Offering courses based on accepted instructional design.
• Providing objective and standardized means to evaluate candidate skills.

2. Registration

3. Confirmation Letter from International ICT Council

• After successful registration, a confirmation will be emailed within 14 business days.

4. Linking to International ICT Council Directory

• A promotion channel on International platform.
• More opportunity of business partnership.

5. Preparation of Self-develop Training Material

• Materials should be made according to International ICTC syllabus
• Prepare course structure layout .(e.g.Length of lab & lecture, Level of course, Training hours. etc)

6. Submit Promotion Planning of International ICT Council certification

• You may choose to integrate any existing & similar training programs into one course.

7. Applying to become an Examination Proctoring Center
