What is "Proctor"?
A proctor is a person who will monitors and ensure academic integrity in administering examinations. Proctor duties mainly are: receiving the exam, securing the exam until the designated exam period, verifying the students' identities, monitoring the materials permitted and returning the completed exam to International ICT Council.

Who can be proctors?
A proctor should be one of the staff members in the corresponding proctoring center.
Proper English usage is the basic need for each proctor. And equivalent evidence of education proficiency is required.
The course instructors and tutors, whose students are sitting for the examination, are not permitted to be proctors. This is to avoid leakage of examination questions and maintain examination security.
Potential proctors must provide their personal information to corresponding proctoring centers before monitoring examinations.

Duties that a proctor should be responsible for:
1. Be punctual to arrive the examination venue to do preparation
2. Distributing and collecting examination paper
3. Answering questions concerning examination procedure
4. Identifying candidate’s ID and confirm the information they provide in the examination paper is correct Delivering all the examination materials back to International ICT Council
