International ICT Council forms an independent examination board in developing its own vendor neutral examinations on one hand, and collaborates with particular domain specific vendor partners to form a more comprehensive set of skill reference on the other hand. In some case, the International ICT Council contributes knowledge to support interest groups of expertise to develop their own examinations, and collaborate with them when their examinations of the specific domains are being developed.
