Apart from Register Training Service Provider (RTSP), training center can apply to be Accredited Training Service Provider (ATSP)

Being an ATSP, training centers should join the Accredited Training Material (ATM) program first. Then, training centers are authorized to editing training material for self-use or re-sell.
